It bonds to high and low surface energy surfaces as well as textured plastics, foams, fabrics, and coated papers. It features a strong acrylic adhesive with a concentrated kraft paper liner, and its applications include splices for films, foils, and fabrics, as well as laminating foams, photographs, fabrics, and metal or plastic nameplates.
