Detects leaks that are 5 times smaller from 4 times longer distances. Identify, locate, and measure compressed air and gas leaks. Safely and effectively detect and quantify small and hard-to-detect leaks from up to 200 meters away.
The camera locates and measures the leaks of the most commonly used pressurized gases in industrial applications. The camera identifies leaks as small as 0.0032 l/min from a 3 bar system at a distance of 2.5 meters, and with the built-in measurement and cost analysis tools, you can see the annual costs caused by the leak in real-time, including compressed air, ammonia, hydrogen, CO2, methane, helium, and argon. The leak report also includes CO2 emission calculations. Early leak detection improves safety and minimizes the need for emergency repairs. Quick and accurate leak location also enhances the maintenance of compressed air and gas systems.
Bearing fault location
The camera can also locate faults in bearings and other mechanical devices. Bearing failures can be detected before complete breakdown, saving on repair costs and reducing downtime while improving maintenance efficiency.
