FLIR Si2-Pro is a Finnish-manufactured acoustic camera designed for locating partial discharges, air and gas leaks, and mechanical faults. The device is extremely easy to use and user-friendly, allowing you to significantly reduce costs associated with bearing failures or problems caused by partial discharges in electrical equipment. With the camera, you can detect even the smallest air and gas leaks that could lead to substantial expenses. The FLIR Si2 acoustic camera combines top-notch performance, decision-making support, asset management, and data integration capabilities.

The advanced detection feature identifies leaks that are 5 times smaller from 4 times greater distance. Detect, locate, and measure air and gas leaks as well as partial discharges. Safely and effectively identify and quantify small and difficult-to-detect faults from up to 200 meters away.

The camera locates and measures leaks of the most commonly used pressurized gases in industry. It detects leaks as small as 0.0032 l/min from a 3 bar system at a distance of 2.5 meters, and with the built-in measurement and cost analysis tools, you can see real-time annual costs caused by the leak, including air, ammonia, hydrogen, CO2, methane, helium, and argon. The leak report also includes CO2 emission calculations. Early leak detection enhances safety and minimizes the need for emergency repairs. Quick and accurate leak detection also optimizes the maintenance of air and gas systems.

The camera can also locate defects in bearings and other mechanical equipment. Identify bearing failures before complete breakdown – save on repair costs, reduce downtime caused by operational interruptions, and improve maintenance efficiency.

The camera features built-in artificial intelligence and analytics, along with 124 microphones that can identify and detect partial discharges up to 30 times smaller. The camera automatically recognizes different types of discharges (negative corona, positive and negative corona, surface or internal discharge) and provides an assessment of the potential fault severity along with recommended actions.

Auto Filter – Automatically adjusting and optimizing filters. There is no need to manually adjust the frequency range. The AI identifies the frequency range used by the subject being captured and adjusts and optimizes the frequency range automatically, improving accuracy and simplifying camera use.

Auto Distance – Automatic distance measurement up to 5 m enhances and sharpens imaging in an industrial environment without the need to adjust for varying imaging distances.
