FLIR Si2x-Pro is a Finnish-made ATEX acoustic camera designed for locating partial discharges, compressed air and gas leaks, and mechanical faults. The device is ATEX certified, very easy to use, and user-friendly, allowing you to significantly reduce costs arising from pressurized gas leaks, bearing failures, or issues caused by partial discharges in electrical equipment. With this camera, you can detect even the smallest compressed air and gas leaks that can lead to substantial expenses. The FLIR Si2 acoustic camera combines top-class performance, decision-making support, asset management, and data integration capabilities. The ATEX certification covers Zone 2 (gas) and Zone 22 (dust). The Si2x offers an efficient, easy-to-use, and scalable ultrasonic inspection tool that helps reduce energy costs and productivity losses in explosive vapor and dust environments.

Highly developed detection feature
Detects leaks 5 times smaller from 4 times farther away. Identify, locate, and measure compressed air and gas leaks as well as partial discharges. Safely and effectively detect and quantify small, hard-to-detect faults from up to 200 meters away.

The camera locates and measures leaks from the most commonly used pressurized gases in the industry. It can detect leaks as small as 0.0032 l/min from a 3 bar system at a distance of 2.5 meters, and with built-in measurement and cost analysis tools, you can view real-time annual costs associated with leaks, including compressed air, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, natural gas, helium, argon, ammonia, and nitrogen. The leak report also includes CO2 emissions calculations. Early leak detection improves safety and minimizes the need for emergency repairs. Rapid and accurate leak location also enhances the maintenance of compressed air and gas systems.

Bearing fault detection
The camera can also locate faults in bearings and other mechanical devices. Detect bearing failures before complete breakdown – save on repair costs and reduce downtime while improving maintenance efficiency.

Partial discharge location, identification, and classification
See and identify issues in real time. The camera's built-in artificial intelligence and analytics, combined with 124 microphones, can detect partial discharges 30 times smaller. The camera automatically identifies different discharge types (negative corona, positive and negative corona, floating discharge, surface or internal discharge) and provides an assessment of the potential severity of the fault as well as recommendations for action.

Automation simplifies and speeds up work
Auto Filter – Automatically adjusting and optimizing filters. No need to manually adjust the frequency range. The artificial intelligence detects the frequency range used by the subject and automatically adjusts and optimizes the frequency range, enhancing accuracy and simplifying camera usage.

Auto Distance – Automatic distance measurement up to 5 m, speeding up and focusing shooting in an industrial environment, as the distance does not need to be adjusted due to changing shooting distances.
