Details
Abrasion-resistant suction and material transfer hose, heavy, even internal surface.
Applications: transfer of abrasive substances such as dust, chips and granulates; gaseous and liquid media; industrial vacuum cleaners, granulate conveying systems, printing machines, condensers, compressors; as robust protection conduit, Sweeper hose for the sweeping machines
Properties: good pressure and vacuum resistance; optimized flow properties; good resistance to chemicals; flame retardant according to UL94-V2; small bending radius; electrical properties; according to BGR 132, formerly ZF 1/1200, with grounded helix
Structure: AIRDUC® profile hose; spring steel wire embedded in wall; wall: special premium ester-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®); wall thickness approx. 1.5 mm; helix: spring steel wire
Temperature range: approx. -40°C…+90°C, short time to +125°C
*available on request: supply term approx. 3-4 weeks
