This model is surface-mounted, meaning it must be anchored to concrete blocks or a concrete slab. The sturdy frame structure consists of robust 80x80mm frame tubes, which are weather-resistant due to galvanization.

The shelter includes lockable CubiQ bike racks, providing space for 6 bicycles.
