Dial Indicator x0,01 0-10mm Cal.cer

Diesella Dial Indicator 0–10 × 0,01 mm is an analogue dial indicator with a measuring range of 0–10 mm and a division of 0,01 mm. The dial features a Ø56 mm metal face and a hardened, ground Ø8 mm mounting arm with a tolerance fit of h6, designed to fit standard magnetic bases and measuring stands. The outer ring of the dial can be rotated to reset the indicator to the desired reference point, and the scale includes two adjustable tolerance indicators to mark upper and lower limits. The dial indicator is manufactured to DIN 878 standard, with a scale range of 0–100, a flat backplate on the back, and a separate lug on the back cover. The indicator is supplied in a plastic case, and the package includes the manufacturer's calibration and test certificate.

The product is suitable for machining, installation, maintenance, and quality control applications where a clearly legible indicator with an accuracy of one tenth of a millimetre is required. Typical applications include checking the settings of machines and workpieces, measuring surface deviations and runout, and reference measurements with various jigs and fixtures using a measuring stand or magnetic bases.
