The fischer hollow-ceiling anchor FHY is an internal-thread anchor made of stainless steel. The FHY is ideal for securing pipes, cable trays, and ventilation systems to hollow-core slabs, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. General building approval ensures added security. Easy installation saves time. The hollow-ceiling anchor is manually placed into a drilled hole and evenly struck against the surface of the building material with a hammer. A collar prevents the anchor from sliding deeper into the cavity, making the installation process easier. When tightened, the anchor's conical structure expands the sleeve, which tightens against the wall of the drilled hole. The fischer hollow-ceiling anchor FHY is perfect for attaching wooden and steel structures as well as consoles to hollow-core slabs in outdoor settings. The operating principle allows the FHY to be used in cavities or solid materials up to 5 cm away from reinforcement. The optimized design minimizes the force required for installation and allows use in extremely narrow spaces, enabling user-friendly installation. The metric internal thread permits the use of standard screws and threaded rods. External report on the use of FHY in seismic conditions. Compliance with good building practices for individual anchoring and ETA approval for multiple fixings enhance safety. Fire safety approval applies to a minimum surface thickness of 25 mm of the hollow-core slab. Fast and easy installation without special tools. |
