Details
LOCTITE® LB 8040 is a special mineral oil designed for loosening rusty, corroded, and seized parts.
Shock freezing immediately lowers the temperature of parts to as low as -43 °C, causing microscopic cracks in the rust layer.
This allows lubricating ingredients to penetrate the rust through capillary action.
The product leaves a thin film on the parts that lubricates and prevents rusting.
