Mitutoyo 7015-10 Magnetic stand with fine adjustment, V-groove base, 600 N

Mitutoyo 7015-10 is a magnetic stand for dial and lever indicators. The stand has a V-groove magnetic base which adheres to flat and cylindrical steel and iron surfaces. Fine adjustment is achieved by means of a fine adjustment knob (±4°) and the working radius is approximately 170.5 mm. The magnetic force is 600 N (vertical holding force) and the total height is 232 mm.

Applications:

- Mounting of a dial gauge or lever indicator on machine tool frames, tables, and fixtures (lathe, milling machine, grinding machine)
- Alignment and positioning measurements in the manufacturing industry when a magnetic force of 600 N is required, and the V-groove base is suitable for cylindrical surfaces
