Very efficient dust extraction when connected to a suitable vacuum cleaner. The remote start function of the vacuum cleaner (AWS) automatically starts the vacuum cleaner via a Bluetooth connection when the grinder is switched on. When the machine is switched off, the vacuum cleaner will also switch off automatically after a few seconds. The front of the dust shroud can be turned to the side when grinding next to a wall. The Makita XPT system effectively protects the machine against dust and water. The package also comes standard with a grinding disc, side handle, and a wheel guard for angle grinder use. The Makita AFT system protects the user from possible kickback if the disc binds. A disc brake quickly and safely stops the machine when it is switched off. |
