The Makita TD003G is a powerful impact driver equipped with a brushless motor. Automatic speed adjustment maintains consistent torque and prevents a decrease in rotational speed caused by a low battery charge. You can choose from four different speed ranges and one operating mode: the automatic function for drilling screws into thin metal. Stepless speed regulation is available in all speed ranges and operating modes. This enables precise fastening in various applications. eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT) enhances dust and water resistance in harsh conditions. The screwdriver bit can be easily attached by simply pressing it into place. The bit automatically locks without the need to lift the fastening collar, as typically required in similar machines. Two LED lights illuminate the screwing area without casting shadows. The lights can also be set to stay on for an hour by setting the direction switch to the middle position and pressing the trigger switch. The lights turn off either automatically after one hour or if the trigger switch is pressed again. The XGT® system features built-in digital communication between the battery and the machine, allowing the battery to communicate with the tool and vice versa. The battery also recognizes and remembers the tools used with it. XGT® machines have a powerful brushless motor, which allows for longer usage time per charge.
