This strong and durable hunting knife with a large handle is suitable for tough outdoor work. The blade has a straight bevel and is made of Japanese 3.0 mm carbon steel, hardened to a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The blade also has an electrophoretic EPD coating that protects against rust and corrosion. The handle is ground so that it can be used for making fires with firewood.
