Uses:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and guide rails, as well as in machine components that are exposed to wear at continuous temperatures over 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other machine and equipment components.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with an extremely dense and high crystallinity. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and briefly up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material provides manufacturing possibilities for large and complex parts.
