PA 6XAU+ D150x120x1000mm Ertalon

Uses:
- Specialty material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and guide rails, as well as in machine components that are exposed to wear and continuous temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). Examples include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other machine and equipment structural parts.

Properties:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with a very high density and crystallinity. Compared to conventional extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in the air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and an intermittent temperature of up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material allows for manufacturing of large and complex parts.
