PA 6XAU+ D150x130x2000mm Ertalon

Uses:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and guide rails, as well as in machine components that are exposed to wear, continuously operating at temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gear wheels, operational wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and various components in machinery and equipment construction.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 material with a very dense and high crystallinity. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and momentarily even up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material allows for manufacturing large and complex components.
