PA 6XAU+ D160x140x1000mm Ertalon

Applications:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and sliding tracks, as well as in machine components exposed to wear at continuously high temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, abrasion-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other machine and equipment construction parts.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with a very high density and crystallinity. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ provides excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and short periods up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature is -30 °C. The cast material offers manufacturing possibilities for large and complex components.
