PA 6XAU+ D65x35x2000mm Ertalon

Product Applications:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and sliding guides, as well as in machine parts that are exposed to wear at continuous temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other components used in machinery and equipment construction.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with a very high density and crystallinity. Compared to conventional extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and occasional use up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature is -30 °C. The cast material provides manufacturing capabilities for large and complex parts.
