PA 6XAU+ D75x40x2000mm Ertalon

Applications:
- Special material for bearing use.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and guide rails, as well as in machine parts exposed to wear at continuous temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gear wheels, driving wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other machine and equipment construction components.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with an extremely dense and high crystallinity level. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous service temperature of 105 °C and a temporary maximum of 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material allows for the manufacturing of large and complex parts.
