The safety knife Mascaret 2 ALD with automatic blade retraction is designed especially for the food industry. With a knife, you can safely open cardboard packages, cut paper and thick cardboard. Supplied with a stainless round blade.

Food approved EU 10/2011. Plastic parts detectable with a metal detector. The knife blade is replaceable, no tools required.

The blade retracts automatically when the knife is lifted from the surface to be cut, even if the handle is squeezed. The knife blade can also be locked when not in use. With the magnet detector test card package, you can test the magnet's sensitivity.
