UNIOR Threaded Rod Cutter 586/6.

Cuts cleanly without damaging the threads. Made from forged special tool steel, fully hardened. Replaceable jaws that effortlessly cut threaded rods up to strength class 8.8. The jaws are specially hardened for increased durability. The handles are made of powder-coated steel tubes and feature a plastic grip for added user comfort.

The cutters are easy to use and provide a clean cut on the threaded rod without damaging the threads. The handle is optimized for quick cuts, requiring less force when cutting. Fully opening jaws. Follow these instructions to ensure proper use.

The steel rod must be securely positioned in the cutting cavity. The handle is pressed down with a foot on the floor while cutting. The cutter (code 10650063981) is designed for M8, M10, M12 threaded rods only. The cutter is not intended for cutting hardened threaded rods or bolts. When the cutters wear out, always replace both cutting jaws. Replace damaged jaws.
