Composite hoses
Etra Services customize each composite hose assembly according to customer needs. All hose assemblies have also been tested and we deliver a test protocol with the order at no additional cost.
Structure of the composite hose assembly:
The finished hose assembly includes an external thread connector with a hose spindle that can be screwed into the hose. The hose connector desired by the customer can be attached to the external thread connector in question (e.g. so-called camlock or flange connector). The connector desired by the customer can be glued or, in certain cases, welded to the screw connector.
An essential step in the production of the assembly is compacting the assembly. We use a Finnpower FP 160 - model press, with which we can manufacture up to 6" installations. The composite hose assemblies we manufacture are assembled by compacting, we do not use glue with the hose and spindle.
All composite hose assemblies we manufacture are marked and can be tracked using a serial number if necessary.
Most of the composite hoses in our selection are 10 or 14 bar working pressure hoses. We have 1", 1 ½", 2", 3" and 4" diameters in stock. We also make larger diameters upon request.
