When you purchase products from the 3M™ Speedglas™ 9100 QR series, you are safeguarding your eyes, face, and head with a welding visor that can be detached from the helmet when not in use. The included 3M™ helmet H-701 is comfortable, durable, and lightweight, with its low profile providing balance and stability. The short brim enhances upward visibility. A range of accessories, such as integrated safety glasses and a six-point chin strap, are available for separate purchase. You can attach and detach the welding visor without having to remove the helmet—keeping your head protected at all times. The side windows (shade level 5) expand your field of view while welding in the kneeling position, and exhaled air is vented out through the mask's side openings, which can help prevent fogging of the welding lens. The 3M™ Speedglas™ 9100 series welding glasses continue the tradition of excellent optical quality, featuring uniform shading and minimal distortion across the entire viewing area of the welding lens. Designed for professional welders, the 9100XXi welding lens offers seven variable shade levels (5, 8, and 9–13) suitable for most arc welding applications with a viewing area of 73 x 107 mm. The special silver front panel of the 9100XXi includes external controls for quick and easy access to grinding and memory modes. The 3M™ Speedglas™ Natural Colour Technology provides high contrast and more natural colours. With the delay function, you can set the switching time of the welding lens from dark to light, and you can lock any shade level, such as shade 3 for grinding. The switching time (from light to dark) is 0.1 ms, and the sensitivity for arc detection can be adjusted reliably. |
